How long does my membership last?

The invitation to join our membership is a commitment of two allocations and will last for as long as you wish. If the membership is cancelled prior to acceptance of 2 allocations, a $100 early cancellation fee will be charged.

Can I cancel my membership?

To inquire about cancelling your membership at DAOU, please contact our Customer Experience Team. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the ship date of the next allocation.

Can I skip a club shipment?

Members with 3 or more allocation shipments per year may skip one shipment. We are also flexible to combine your allocations into one annual shipment, or schedule the shipment for a later date. Please contact our customer experience team at membership@daouvineyards.com if you wish to skip a shipment.

What if I am not home at the time a shipment is coming?

Our team will be happy to assist delaying your shipment or deliver to an alternative address.

Can I extend my member benefits to friends and family?

Membership benefits, such as complimentary tastings and wine discounts, are not extended to others without the member being present. However, we are always happy to help secure a tasting reservation for friend & family that may be visiting and will ensure they have a wonderful visit.

Can I share my membership?

Our membership is designed for 2 people per household and we do not allow shared memberships by multiple people. Your membership account can only include one primary email address and card on file.

How will I know when I get charged?

DAOU’s main form of communication with members is email. We also highly encourage opting into our sms text messaging feature. Members receive a notification two weeks prior to the allocation processing with important dates, wine selection and customization options of the allocation.
